Program Manager (01 Position)
Job Description
The Program Manager will be responsible for the formulation, management, and in-time delivery of program activities. He/She will be Supporting senior management in building linkages and liaisons with concerned stakeholders including civil society, government departments, and beneficiaries. Design and develop program proposals including conceptual, methodological, and operational aspects along with monthly progress reports.
Requirements
- At least Master’s/BS degree in Social Sciences from HEC recognized university/ Higher education will be considered as an additional value.
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field
This position is Islamabad based with general duty timings. Salary will be based on experience and level of expertise.

Research Officer (01 Position)
This a contractual job. Research Officer will be hired initially for a period of 6 months, which will be extendable upon satisfactory performance and availability of funds. Candidates with Master’s degree in social sciences and experience in Human Rights Sector can apply.
Job Descriptions:
- The Research officer will be required to assist in conducting policy research and analysis on relevant thematic areas.
- Work in close coordination with the research team.
- Support to review data collection process, data quality checking, review data for errors and Cross-checks
- Coordination for Meetings, Taking meeting minutes and follow-ups
- Will assist line manager in Report writing
Essential Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree in social sciences minimum from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field
- Excellent drafting and report writing skills in Urdu and English
- Excellent understanding of the “rights-based” approach and skills to translate it into actions

- Scanning media marketplace to keep up to date on the latest media trends
Media Coordinator Requirements:
- Master’s degree in communications/media studies or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a media coordinator or similar
- Demonstrable experience with building effective media campaigns
- Ability to develop appropriate broadcast, print, and social media content
