focuses on strengthening inter-agency coordination by organizing consultations, establishing service provider networks, and developing a cooperation handbook to improve collaboration among justice sector stakeholders. Knowledge-sharing mechanisms will be enhanced through national dialogues, service provider meetings, and regional study tours to facilitate the exchange of best practices.
To build the capacity of justice sector officials, case management modules will be developed, and 40 master trainers will be trained to conduct specialized training sessions for 225 police personnel and 50 medico-legal officers. Additionally, a professional network of women police, lawyers, and prosecutors will be established to enhance collaboration and support women’s legal practice.
Efforts will be made to improve the handling of violence against women cases by training officers on evidence collection, the use of rape detection kits, and digital case documentation. Public awareness and engagement will be strengthened through 20 awareness-raising activities, as well as social media, television, and outdoor campaigns.
Community mobilization initiatives will be launched in partnership with police, civil society organizations, and educational institutions to challenge societal norms and promote gender equality. The HeForShe advocacy campaign will engage 100 men and boys, including law enforcement personnel, to promote pro-women laws and gender-sensitive approaches within the justice system.
Finally, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms will be established through measurable indicators such as training reports, network meeting minutes, and impact assessments to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the interventions.
