Parliamentarians Commission for Human Rights organized a Capacity-Building Workshop for First Responders on the Digitisation of Threats and Crimes against Journalists Documentation System held in Islamabad to sensitized the first responders with a new digital app to document threats against journalists.With participation from FIA Cyber Crime Wing, MoHR, NCHR, NCSW, National Police Bureau, Police officials, and journalists, the workshop focused on hands-on training in using a verified, secure app to report and track incidents.
“This initiative bridges the data gap and enables rapid, location-based response to protect press freedom,” said PCHR Executive Director Shafique Chaudhry.
